On Sunday, March 16, at 2 p.m., members of many local congregations will gather with the public at Glens Falls City Park next to Crandall Library to commemorate the fifth anniversary of our invasion of Iraq with affirmations of peace, including a drum circle, songs and peace flags. At 3 p.m. we will march two blocks to the First Baptist Church on Maple Street to meet indoors for an observance with more songs and talks and readings until 4 p.m.
